I am so sorry you feel so low. I know this is not much but here is a hug for you {{{Hug}}} !

Perhaps rethinking your responsibilities as something positive and not a burden.

Like your family. Take joy in the fact that you can do things for them. You can cook, which means you can read, and read a recipe, so you know math and math equations and they may need you. You have a lot, that some people want.

It sounds like you have younger females, teach them to be responsible also. Let them do the cooking at least one night a week per female. (Allow them to choose the meal and help you shop for it.) The males, let them learn how to wash and dry and fold the laundry. If they rebel, then let their clothes remain dirty, until they wash, dry and fold them themselves.

If they do the laundry, let them do it their way, and do not criticize them. If you have something that can be ruined easily, then keep it separate from the regular laundry and wash that yourself.

Tell the family that their criticism is not fair when you do as much as you do. And if they want you to do less, it will be what you are doing for them.

As for you not thinking you will be around much longer. Get a check up immediately. I say that for two reasons.

First, if your mind is playing a game, you will find out nothing is wrong.

And second, if your mind is warning you something is wrong, you will find out and get it taken care of.

And then talk to those Jehovah's Witnesses, they can tell you about your future. They are a pretty nice bunch too. They talked to me, and now I have a hope for the future.

And finally, get that dress, wear it! If you wear it once, then you have beaten those thoughts!

Wear it for anything, and get a photo of you in it also.
