   Good idea!

   Let's cancel 95% of the new weapons systems while we're at it, too.

   And bring production of all goods for government consumption back to the US for obvious security reasons. Today, all those different uniforms are produced in China.

   If China declares war on us, our whole military would have nothing to wear and not a tent or sleeping bag.

   Duh!

   This has got to be the most ignorant question asked. The military has different uniforms due to the different jobs they do and tradition. Military is about tradition, that is why we do parades, ceremonies and pin medals on people. The branches also need a way to distinguish themselves apart. If everyone wore the same thing, how could you tell them apart? The air force wears BDU's as so does the army and the marines. The navy has BDU's for thier special forces and for the MA's. The uniforms that the military provides are not cheap, you are fooling yourself if you believe that. How can you take pride as a soldier if you are wearing a squid uniform? How can a jar head be proud if he is wearing fly boy overalls? Dress greens aka the pickle suit are just that a dress uniform. The colors, ribbons, cords, buttons and insignea have symbolic and traditional meanings. Try thinking and doing some reasearch before you ask questions like this.

   You guys were not aggressive enough, but maybe it was because you were friends. You can use you kicks to get in closer to the guy and then throw some punches, and then jump back out real quick

   Soldiers are just normal people with uniform. When i go to a shop with uniform, i expect people to be surprised and also be treated normally, just like you would treat all the other peopl

   Capt Barnacles is the 1on the right (blue uniform). On website his uniform isnt the same as on TV
