   Vinegar is great for removing that icky crud that builds up around faucets. Take paper towels and wrap them around the faucets or where the build-up is. Then saturate with white vinegar. Leave there all day or all night. Take a tooth brush or some kind of small scrubber and remove the ick. Wipe down with the paper towels you used to soak it. Actually, the vinegar ends up sweetening the room. My kids like to mix baking soda with vinegar so they help clean sometimes. Vinegar is also a good replacement for fabric softener. Fabric softener will build up on your washer and cause mildew/fungus to grow in your washer. And THAT is STINKY!!! And it’s difficult to get rid of.

   When I ride my bike to work, I keep a small scrub brush and terrycloth rag in my bag. When I get to the front door, I rub all the dirt off the tires with the brush and give it a quick wipe with the towel. That way I don’t track any dirt inside the office building. No one has ever raised the slightest objection to me bringing my bike inside, and I think that is at least partly because of the consideration that I show doing that.

   We are building small, advanced bio-digesters for use on organic dairy farms. I have proposed linking one to a WHISPER GEN unit for a client.

   I think we can develop septic tanks that produce bio-gas and a small scrubber/compressor which can clean the gas for storage in a gas bag.

   This would create yet another path to energy self-sufficiency at the level of the homeowner!

   You may have an irritation with a slight fungus infection. I would apply some anti fungal cream made for such areas and be as gentle as you can until the itching goes away. It is a moist dark area.

   The person’s own spit will remove their blood stains. I know it sounds crazy (and gross!) but a little drop of blood from a mosquito bite on a dress shirt can ruin it for good and a nighttime nose bleed can destroy a whole sheet set! If you save your old toothbrushes to clean with (and small scrub brush will due though) just spit on the old toothbrush and then scrub the stain with the brush & spit. Works like a charm! You’ve got to try it!
