   Some of it is and some of it isn't. I watch and catch mistakes sometimes. But, it's obvious they have medical advisers for the show. They do a pretty decent job for a sit-com that rarely takes itself serious. Now the behavior they exhibit is by no means what you would see in any hospital. But, comedy sometimes means creating absurd situations amid very serious, straight-laced sceniaos. I think I find it even funnier than non-medical people because I've been in those situations. I really wish I could lay into fat, lazy, stupid, smoking patients like Dr. Cox does.

   cuz they are disposible and its just for when they "scrub" in on surgery they need to be sterile…including clothes….
