		<description>In school, we have to wear a white &quot;scrub jacket,&quot; not a lab coat. It is very specific in the dress code that our jacket cannot have a collar, must have snaps instead of buttons, and cannot be too long. We also have to have a patch on the sleeve with our school seal, name, and &quot;Resp. Care Tech,&quot; the name of the program.

At work though, a lot of the RT&#039;s do wear lab jackets. I swear the A/C is always set on 55 degrees, with the exception of the winter time, when it is probably on like 65. lol The only thing is, they wear hunter green scrub jackets (like this one: because the RT department color is hunter green.</description>
