I have to dress up as a film director... help?!?


In class we had to do a project about our dream career. I'm not really sure what I want to be, but film director interests me so I chose that.
For our presentations, we have to dress up like the career we chose. Obviously, kids who want to be doctors just where scrubs or a lab coat, etc. But i chose director (movie director).

So how should I dress up like a director?! I was thinking just hoodie, jeans, baseball cap...?

P.S. Yes, I am in school right now. *Summer* school. Not because I failed... It's to get ahead for next year. I'm taking a course that is mandatory where I live, it's called 'Career Studies'. But that doesn't really matter?

    Answer to your question:
    Going back to the very origins of the word science and all the motivations behind the definition would be beyond the scope of a 3rd year's essay, I believe. Something to think about for your honours year though.

    I would find the slippery way out. Establish your contention (i.e. Psych = science) and then contrast it with existing things that are undoubtedly scientific. For instance, lab coats are scientific. If psychologists are asked to wear lab coats at work; they are scientists.

    Oh, really? So, arguing analogously, does the fact that scientists managed to produce synthetic diamonds in a laboratory prove that naturally formed diamonds are impossible? That God is running a diamond foundry deep in the bowels of the earth, operated by defrocked angels in lab coats pounding coal into diamonds?

    Does the fact that scientists can create Fulgurites in a laboratory prove that Fulgurites found in natural are in fact all made by the Intelligent Lightning Bolter?

    Well, to a Creationist, I suppose that argument would be deemed persuasive.

    I wondered if this was a continuation or rewrite of a post a few months ago & an earlier post today. Love the toga line (ha ha & thanks). Start paying attention to spelling. I didn't know if you were going to say morgue or mourning. Wrong spellings in a crucial part of the can cost you readers. Other than that, it sounds good.
