kids lab coat
Old Computer Game. Can't think of the title. Please Help!?
There is this old computer game I played way back when. It was an educational game made for young kids. And it involved a short professor (wearing a lab coat), with glasses, and orange spikey hair. With a bald spot in the middle. (his hair was spikey kind of like Arnold, from the show Hey! Arnold).
The only two other things I can remember from the game are cleaning a penny on it. (you used a lemon and a q-tip, all on the computer).
and another part of it was there was a background and you scrolled your mouse over to find the dinosaurs and when you scrolled over one, it popped on the screen. And when you found them all it had a video about dinosaur fossils.
If somebody could really help me with this, I would be eternally grateful!
I know this game was released before '98. but I'm kind of stuck there, because I was about 5 when I remember playing it. (I'm sure I had it before that though.)

Perhaps we can narrow the title down for you if you can give us details like the year the game was initially released, or at the very least the year when you played it. And of course, if you can remember, the name of the company.

Can beagles be good watchdogs ?
I'm taking my time doing lots of research on types of dogs to consider for my family. I'm a stay at home mom and my husband travels alot, plus my kids have been begging me for a dog for a couple of years now. Looking for a watchdog (warning bark at least), great with children, playful, easy care coat and not a whole lot of health problems. My husband keeps telling me we should go for the beagle, but I'm finding out they can be stubborn. Have a few breeds in mind: Lab (grew up with 4 of them as a teenager) , Boxer, pug, boston terrier ??
Beagles are cute and can be protective, but not protective like the boxer.
I have a boxer and she is great with children, and does if a stranger comes by she'll bark! She is very protective of children when they surround her. She allows the children to tug at her tail, pull her ears, but when its ready to protect, she will!
